Exhale
forward and down, Keep the arms along side the ears as you legnthen
the spine. As you come forward, bypass the wall,

|
|
|
| And
dangle the arms and head. Let the weight of the head and shoulders draw
the body down. . |
Inhale,
walk the palms up the wall, at hip level, for the WALL DOG. Feel the
head stretching toward the wall, and the tailbone stretching the opposite
direction. Arms are alongside the ears. |
Coming
into a lunge, bring the right foot forward to the wall. The right knee
will bend, the left leg is straight. Walk the hands up the wall as far
as you can and look up. |

| Switch
the legs, bringing the right foot back to meet the left, and the left
foot up the the wall. Stretch the palms up the wall as high as you can
comfortably, and look up. |
Bring the hands down slightly, left foot back to meet the right. Press the pelvis twoard the wall, bend the elbows but keep them gently tucked in, look up. |
Bring
the palms down to hip level into the wall dog. Lengthen the spine.

|
|
|
| Push
away from the wall, and dangle. . |

the thumbs, inhale as you come up, keep the arms along side the ears
and the back flat as you raise up. |
