2) What is Meditation?
Meditation is a way of clearing away the mental clutter that surrounds the subconscious. And when our minds are clear, we can see & experience the joy of our own soul!

Start by standing a little bit more than an arm's length from the wall. Bring the feet together, palms together under the chin.

Lock the thumbs, inhale and stretch out, up and back.

Exhale forward and down, Keep the arms along side the ears as you legnthen the spine. As you come forward, bypass the wall,

And dangle the arms and head. Let the weight of the head and shoulders draw the body down.

Inhale, walk the palms up the wall, at hip level, for the WALL DOG. Feel the head stretching toward the wall, and the tailbone stretching the opposite direction. Arms are alongside the ears.  
Coming into a lunge, bring the right foot forward to the wall. The right knee will bend, the left leg is straight. Walk the hands up the wall as far as you can and look up.

Switch the legs, bringing the right foot back to meet the left, and the left foot up the the wall. Stretch the palms up the wall as high as you can
comfortably, and look up.

Bring the hands down slightly, left foot back to meet the right. Press the pelvis twoard the wall, bend the elbows but keep them gently tucked in, look up.

Bring the palms down to hip level into the wall dog. Lengthen the spine.

Push away from the wall, and dangle.

Lock the thumbs, inhale as you come up, keep the arms along side the ears and the back flat as you raise up.

Bend back.

Repeat this whole sequence
3 times for
a great warm up stretch.

Bring the palms together under the chin. Close the eyes, spread the feet, let the arms come down along side the body, and relax.
