We need to rest every now and then because our body needs that moment for it to regain that strength and for us to do harder activities in the end. Activities that are hard to do and it requires a lot of energy. Yoga is important, but let us also keep in mind that sleeping and resting will help the muscles to rebuild the power that it needs. This post is a great help for me since it enlightened my mind so much.
